🤖 25% of senior managers already use artificial intelligence tools in their work
👩‍🔬 80% of teams across all regions, business sectors and hierarchical levels have at least tried out a generative AI tool

🤔 Candidates are also using generic AI, which improves the overall quality of CVs. This makes it harder for recruiters to spot the authenticity of applications

💪 Will AI destroy jobs? Opinions are still divided, but members of the digital sector, the most exposed to AI, are fairly optimistic. They are 3 times more likely than others to expect AI to boost their careers.

🚦 Only 1 in 5 organizations have established policies governing the use of AI by their employees. Furthermore, ethics committees do not yet sufficiently integrate HR functions into these bodies, which are often still driven by IT and business functions
