After almost 20 years of solid experience in service provision, this talent is looking to join an end-customer as COO / CTO / Digital Transformation Manager with a meaningful project, with no sector restrictions, or a dynamic agency / ESN.
He/she will be looking for companies with long-term strategic projects, and will appreciate his/her sense of responsibility, autonomy and sociable personality.

- Internally: Supervision of recruitment of new employees, with a team of nearly 100 employees and a sales force.
- Results: improved project margins, net growth in headcount and sales
- For nearly 7 years: Technical and Product Manager for a digital agency
- Supporting customers (SMEs, VSEs, ETIs and large groups) in the creation of web and mobile devices:
- Responsible for delivery of projects with commitments (results/means)
- Administrative manager (P&L, organization) & technical manager (costing, architecture, quality, CI, technological scope)
- Management and recruitment of technical and design teams (10 employees)
- Supporting customers (SMEs, VSEs, ETIs and large groups) in the creation of web and mobile devices:
- For 1 year: Digital project manager / product owner with a major international industrial group
- As part of marketing strategy: website management and internationalization in several European countries
- Definition of specifications, tender follow-up, monitoring and validation of deliverables
